<p>Onto <strong>PHASE 2</strong>:</p>
<p><strong>Day 29 P90x<br />
Chest, Shoulder &amp;Tricep/ Ab Ripper x<br />
Sore level upon waking-0</strong><br />
So this is a new video for the week and I thought it was just okay.  I like the Chest workout from Phase 1 a little better.  But maybe it is just because I know all moves now.  I sorta thought there was too much shoulder in this one.<br />
Ab Ripper X is getting more fluid and goes smoothly now.</p>
<p><strong>Day 30<br />
Plyometrics<br />
Sore level upon waking-2</strong><br />
Shoulders sore this morning from yesterday.  I can’t say much about today’s workout; just that I’m always thrilled when it is over.  It was complete torcher for me to stay INSIDE and do this video when it is Blue Skies and 74 degrees!</p>
<p><strong>Day 31<br />
Back N Bicep+ Ab Ripper X<br />
Sore level upon waking- 2</strong><br />
Ohhhhh I like this workout!  Tons of Bicep……Love it!</p>
<p><strong>Day 32<br />
Yoga X<br />
Soreness upon waking- 4</strong><br />
Feeling a bit sore all over today.  Body probably still adjusting to the new workouts.  So I guess it was a good day for Yoga.  Got it done and do feel a bit better now, for some reason I always seem to feel sleepy after this workout.<br />

Day 33<br />
Leg N Back and Ab Ripper X<br />
Soreness upon waking-0</strong><br />
Was feeling pretty good when I woke up this morning so went for a jog and then came in and did the P90x Workout….Legs were really feeling.  Overall Good day!  So far have been staying on workout track for the week!</p>

Rest Day<br />
<strong><br />
Day 35<br />
Kenpo<br />
Soreness upon waking-0</strong><br />
Bought a New Kayak today, got out and hit up some paddle time, hopefully shoulders won’t get to sore.<br />
I was tired but still fit in Kenpo and I do think it may be the funniest workout video in the p90x series!  Moving on to week 6 tomorrow!</p>
