		<description>Man......I thought I was the only guy who thought he was in shape until I started the P90X. I am so sore. I laughed &#039;til I cried when I read your diary. It sounds very familiar. I want to skip todays work out so bad(I&#039;m on day 3) but you have motivated me to continue.</description>
